Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company name, project details, timelines, and budget information submitted through our contact channels.

If you become a client, we may also receive billing, transaction, and fulfillment-related records from the payment processor used to charge for deposits, milestone invoices, or final project balances.

Like most websites, we may also receive limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, and server logs used to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, process payments, communicate about projects, provide customer support, detect abuse, and maintain the security of the site.

We may also use limited operational data to understand demand, improve site performance, and refine how our services are presented. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry data for unrelated advertising.

Payments and third parties

Payments are processed by third-party providers selected for invoicing and card handling. Monoframe does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on this website.

Payment processors, email providers, cloud storage providers, and analytics or hosting vendors may process information on our behalf only to the extent needed to operate the business and fulfill services.

  • Card details are handled by the payment processor, not by custom code on this site.
  • Transaction records may include payer name, email, billing status, amount, currency, and payment outcome.
  • Service providers are expected to maintain reasonable security and confidentiality safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to answer inquiries, complete projects, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely immune from risk, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we control, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, or fraud-prevention obligations that require retention.

You can also choose not to provide certain information, but that may limit our ability to respond to an inquiry, prepare a quote, or continue a client engagement.

Contact

Privacy requests and customer support questions can be sent to hello@monoframe.art. If your inquiry relates to a payment issue, include the transaction date, amount, and the email used at checkout so we can locate the record quickly.
