Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Monoframe website and any purchase of design services unless a separate written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement says otherwise. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Website use
You may browse the website and contact Monoframe for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that infringes intellectual property or applicable law.
Quotes, proposals, and project scope
Prices shown on the website are starting points only. Final pricing, deliverables, revisions, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in a written quote, proposal, invoice, or statement of work issued for a specific engagement.
A project is not considered accepted until Monoframe confirms the engagement and any required deposit or first invoice has been paid.
Payments
You agree to pay all approved invoices, deposits, milestone payments, subscription charges, or final balances according to the payment schedule shown at checkout or in the applicable client documents.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charge for the amount due.
- Late or failed payments may pause work, delay delivery, or suspend file release.
- Any bank, card network, or processor fees caused by reversals, failed payments, or international transfers may be charged back where permitted.
- Taxes, duties, or withholding obligations are the client's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery and fulfillment
Monoframe delivers services digitally, including by email, cloud link, design files, visual assets, or collaborative tools such as Figma. Estimated timelines are good-faith targets, not guarantees, unless expressly committed in writing.
Client delays in feedback, approvals, asset handoff, or payment may shift the delivery schedule.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Monoframe retains ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts, unused explorations, internal methods, and portfolio rights. Final approved deliverables are licensed or assigned only after full payment has cleared and to the extent stated in the governing project documents.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy published on this website. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact Monoframe before opening a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where a written client agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monoframe disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monoframe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
